We do not offer in-store pickup — all orders are shipped.
Processing: 5–10 business days*
Shipping: 3–7 business days* (varies by location)
If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, contact the carrier first; if they confirm non-delivery, email us with documentation for review**.
If your package was marked “Return to Sender,” we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price (shipping excluded) once we receive the package in our facility.**
*Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
